Would have? I think the majority are happy; even with this earth shattering discovery that can only be detected on certain color backgrounds at very specific light levels. I kind of feel for those that have spent the past two weeks hunkered over their phone obsessing about the screen. I'm sure the overwhelming majority of SGS2 owners have been out actually enjoying the phone. I'm going to post pics of mine tomorrow so the "jury" that is a handful of contributors on this thread can officially confirm my phone's condition. Regardless, as I said in an earlier post, problems I can't see really don't bother me. I'm on a plane using Netflix over Wi-Fi to watch a movie. I'm going back to that because it makes me feel better about my phone then this thread.
What's with the chip on your shoulder? Why so defensive?
No one is hunkered down for two weeks staring. I noticed it the first time i turned on a phone. Good on you if you don't scrutinize a near thousand dollar purchase, and don't care.
The fact is, there is a flaw in all the screens we've seen. It's a problem, and it impacts the enjoyment of the expensive device. You look at the screen every single time you use this phone. It should be made right, no need to defend samsung, they'll be just fine.
You don't have to participate if if makes you such a grump.
