I just love the simplicity.
Custom dock icons, Minimalistic Text, Extended Controls and Minimal Reader.
The middle of the first page is an invisible button that turns off my screen
How did you change the 'app' icon in your dock? The other 4 are easily changed but that one seems to be stuck at stock

I don't know. As a guideline I would only stick to your version when flashing anything. Keeps things simple.

The battery icon up in the notification area has a percent number, how did you get that? Is it part of a package app you have or a single app?

Have you've tried SiMi Clock widget? It does show date and time with some level of customization.

The icons are included in the pack in the Market called MetroStation. You can select your own color for each one. As Q.Entity mentioned, I use ADW EX to change them.
ICS color code is RGB: 63/155/191 and HEX: 3F9BBF.
And battery percentage is this mod that also includes blue menu buttons on the bottom:

The power control widgets are from this app: Widgetsoid

Clock is Minimalistic Text (easily the best app for customising your screen) the weather is fancy widgets, i found some skins online for it im still trying to settle on one.
I am going to root at some point and I hope to god someone figures away remove that google search bar, what a pain in the arse that is....
