Warranty replacement and what software version arrived

Since the KitKat release, has anyone been sent a warranty replacement? I'm curious if you got a 4.3 or 4.4 software. My S4 is being replaced and I'm hoping for a 4.3

I received a replacement last Monday and it was 4.3.

I sent mine in to Samsung to get the screen replaced. Device came back wiped and on 4.4.2 NC5

Coming back from a Vendor, I'd expect that. I'd bet that Verizon has stock plies of phones on shelves ready to go. I don't think they'd open each on to update.

Agreed, I got my same phone back from Samsung though, they replaced the screen, speaker and mic. I didn't get my phone from Verizon (got it from BestBuy) so I had to go through MNFR for the warranty.

I had to send my MDK in and got an NC5 back. Not happy at all!! I received it last Wednesday. Made an account on swappa to hopefully make a trade but who wants an NC5 S4 piece of....... you know!
