Hello,
This problem started recent, that i can not charge my phone
when i plug it to my computer the charging led does light up,
it says charging on the screen but percentage does not increase. It decreases like it is unplugged.
If i plug to a wall charger, same thing happens (And even sometimes it doesnt say charging while on wall plug"
if I plug my note 2 to my laptop, the device does not show up on "my computer"
I'm pretty sure this is a software issue. This happened after I changed my ROM (This --> http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2722002)
I tried to calibrate my battery with an APP but problem still exits.

UPDATE
somehow I was able to power the device without the battery, it was just plugged.
I was able to see Samsung screen. So, my device does receive power/current from the cable but does not charge
Please help me, I'm tried to swap batteries
