Market -> Play Store

After original "Market" app upgraded itself to "Play Store" I cannot download/install any app in it. After pressing "Accept & download" on any app I receive the following error: "Error while processing purchase"...
Any idea to resolve it or revert back to the original "Market"?

mccmjoon76, I'm using this build _daily_ from last August and am very happy with it (I'm on SD build). The only two things I noticed:
* it drains the battery much more than the original Win ROM (and also Energy ROM). I use high capacity battery and while Win ROM can "live" for 5 days, this ROM ends the battery in 2 days.
* on roaming, the battery drain is simply huge - it drains in 2 hours from 100% to 0%, so I switch to Win ROM when I'm abroad.
Can you recommend anything?

Try setting/application or all application/market/clear data..reboot .. Good luck.

Hi @ all,

first of all...very nice release. Very good work!

My question:
Did someone also discovered a (soft) reboot after turning off BT while a headset is connected? So showing boot screen for 4 minutes followed by PIN screen.

I had more than 5 reboots the last week also after turing off the BT headset while it was connected... :confused:

Is there a fix available?

reinstalling the original "Market" does not solve the problem. It works only one time, and then replaces itself with "Play Store" again. So the "Market" disappears and needs to be reinstalled again and again.
:(

Regarding the mA consumption - don't have numbers right now, but, again, it's definitely more than original/Energy Win ROM.

try installing it again then freeze it with titanium backup

im guessing that most win roms would have better battery life....but how high is the consumption?? check numbers

Go setting/about phone/software update/ unchecked the auto update.

is this android froyo or ginger and is market download speed normal? ..every froyo i tried has slow download speed in market (about 10-20 KB/s)

This is ginger bread 2.3.7.(latest) . Next version would be ICS. This is the fastest android sd rom with maximum battery and fastest wifi download

Dear mccmjoon76,

First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for sharing this rom!
This rom is perfect and easy for newbie like me to taste Android on HD2. I have stick to this rom for about 3 months and it's wonderful for everyday use.:)

Recently, I encounter a little problem when install 2 apps (Philips Myremote and Magic TV Remote) which are used to turn the android phone as a remote control of my blue-ray player and HDTV receiver within the wifi network.

After installing those remote apps, my HD2 is unable to link up those players. :( I have tried the apps on a Samsung Galaxy II and can link to blue-ray player and HDTV receiver prefectly.

Any clue for my problem? :confused: Thanks in advance for any suggestion!

i tried to download game..the game had 10mb and it was downloading 20mins speed was 10 kb/s how to fix it?

    Finally this is the most stable SD Version Android Build [Desire HD Build] I call it MccM HD V6 the build is Base of stable Desire HD ROM 1.72 base.​

    What is not working :

    If u already using HD v5 version ,just copy the 'data.img' from last build into HD V6 'Android folder' and booting. u will not lost all your setting. But if u have strange bugs than u have to fresh install.

    6- Select the "ANDROID" folder or the folder where you dropped the rom.

    1) WiFi file transfer issues ~ Here Thanks to rhacy for sharing this :)

    2) I have robo voice when I make a call ~
    a) To avoid this, disable "audible touch tones" from the "settings -> audio" menu. You will have no-more robo voice also if you reboot.
    b) During the robo-voice call, enable the speaker, then disable it. You will have no more robo-voice until next reboot.

    3) I have very low audio during calls
    a) During the call, enable the speaker, then disable it. You will have loud volume until next reboot.
