Hello,

Im using galaxy tab 3 8.0. I bought it 2 days ago and after first start tab update data from server.
After this sometimes when im trying unblock screen i have problems. Touch is not working properly, when i do unblock i have to touch few times for example on app icon to open apps, and the same on button back and whole display. But sometimes i can normally working, everything works ok.
I found on this forum that it can be problem with files "melfas-ts" but i cant find this file.

"
It has something to do with the tsp driver being corrupt, or stuck in a constant loop of powering on/off. If you connect to ADB and run "dmesg" you will see over and over again
"[TSP] DVFS On!" and then [TSP] DVFS Off!"
Something to do with "melfas-ts," I think.. As far as I know, it's a Mali chipset, and we need to somehow get the kernel to reinitialize it, or remove it and then reinstall it..

If somebody can help, it will be great
thanks

if you followed my steps, it will be okay beside warranty includes fixing your tab:
1) enable usb debugging (settings>developer options>usb debugging)
2) download odin 3.07 and unzip it http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2189539
3) download and install latest samsung usb drivers http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2038555
4) download frimware from here http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/ select your device modelcountry, etc
5) unrar the frimware to a folder
6) turn off the device and then press and hold (home button +volume down+power) then you will get a warning choose continue by pressing once volume up
7) open odin then attach the usb cable between pc and the device and odin should tell you "added" and make sure auto-reboot and reset time are the only enable
8 ) click on pda and navigate to the folder which you have inserted the frimware in after you unrar it and choose the md5 file and wait
9)click start wait and don't do anything until there is a box which is upon "com 0" at the top left corner says "pass" and unplug the usb cable and you are done

Thanks for your help, i will do it.
But what do you think about this issue:

" I bought a tab 3 8.0 recently and which after it got updated through wifi touch was not responding as it should later I restared and it was back to normal. Later after few hours the problem started so I rebooted into recovery to clear the cache it displayed error. The tab works fine sometimes but goes back to touch unresponsiveness when I resume the tab after resumining from sleep mode. Can any please help meand if there are similar problems with tab 3
I'm having the exact same issue that you are, and it is in fact extremely annoying. I'm the one that posted the firmware for our device (linked in the post above this,) and it will not fix our problem.
I've flashed stock rom, modified rom, modified kernel, stock kernel, wiped every single thing possible, and have had absolutely no luck with getting the touch panel (digitizer) working properly again.

Ok, I have an option that has over 50% success but you will have to take a risk, eventhough I did it and nothing happend but I can't assure you, so wanna try it? Because I am not posting it without use or you should take your tab and fix it
