Configuration message and PUK not work with maclaw's roms

Hi.

I realized that none of maclaw's custom roms (android 4.4) receive configuration message (for internet and mms apn settings).

And now i'm using ParanoidAndroid rom. yesterday I saw after entering wrong pin for 3 times. it doesn't ask PUK code and keeps asking PIN and saying "Pin operation failed". After I put my sim in another phone with stock rom it asked PUK. As I said i saw this problem on AOSPA and don't know if it exists on other roms.

What caused this problems? Android 4.4? Custom Roms? Maclaw's builds?

And is there any app or something to fix these?

What company are you with . you may want to ask them as they may give you the code while and I will get settings for you if you tell me who you're with .

I don't have any problems right now. Entered PUK in another phone and Manually set APN settings.
I just wanted this problems to be fixed in novafusion's roms. (Or maybe with an app)
