If it ISN'T there then DON'T post. All you're doing is spamming the thread!

Edit: If it is a correction it would be good idea to state that it is a correction. That way I can tell spam from good posts. ;)

Well excuse me mister, no need for such an attitude. If there are errors in the OP, they should be rectified. Didn't OP ask to:
"Pease post only new country or correction WITHOUT Registry hacking".

So please DONT spam this thread with useless comments, thank you.

No, he is right, people dont use their brains because there was already thread like this and it was filled with those lame "nothing here" answers and with those with reg hack. With reghack, EVERYBODY has Froyo update because you make Kies to think that you are sitting in Finland or Sweden.

Instead of complaining about people posting "not yet". why not update the OP with the Country and Cell Company and mention it's not available. So that people don't have to post it.

For instance:

Canada (Bell) - Not available.

This will avoid further posts from Canadian Bell users. It'd also make the list much more comprehensive and useful.

Fully agree, I know the other thread and the comments you are refering to are useless for sure. But this OP asked for corrections on the proposed list. Well, no Froyo in the Netherlands (any network) yet WITHOUT reghack, so it should be removed from the OP (otherwise, it kinda makes this topic useless, doesn't it).

My apologies. I was just reading the other thread and got sick of seeing people say not here, blah blah blah. I didn't realize you were stating a correction. Should have done what this guy (^) did.

My message still stands though. Hopefully no idiots make not here posts.

Nice monitoring idea.
Actually, with a systematic registry hacking, the whole world could be analyzed.
I of course mean by replacing, one by one the ProductCode keys with the known CSCs. And looking for a positive answer...

I'm trying for ITV, at the moment... even I got an XEH (Hungary) phone.
Both of them negative answer, till now.

Thanks for collecting

An update for the opening post.
at the moment:
Hungary: GT-I9000HKDXEH --> PDA:JM2 / PHONE:JM1 / CSC:JM1

May I suggest to insert a timestamp or an update reference for any country, too ?
I guess you won't be here to update anything instantaneously ...

Thanks

Why so many countries have JM1 as latest firmware, while I'm stuck on JG5 PDA, JG1 PHONE and JG6 CSC on my unbranded GT-I9000, here in Poland (product code GT-I9000HKDPLS)?

Obviously, no Froyo here too.

Seguito Aggiornamento Froyo Country Code XEH

    Further to my last message,
find attached below reply from Samsung Mobile Hungary...basically those of you owning an Hungarian Galaxy S (XEH) but residing outside said country cannot upgrade to Froyo, you have to deal with your local Samsung Customer Service and hope they will do something about it...i did contact Samsung Mobile Italy via email, we'll see what their answer is...
    "Dear Sir,

Samsung Electronics Hungary does not have any partner-contracts with
Italian webshops. If you possess a valid European Samsung Warranty Card,
please contact Samsung Italy to assist you with the Froyo update.

As my collegue informed you, the Froyo update will be available for
Hungarian customers at the end of this month, Galaxy S phones being
    updated through our services.

If you have any other questions regarding Samsung products, please call
the Italian Samsung Customer Service, as our free number 06-80/726-7864
    is only available for Hungariancustomers.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,

    Ugron Hanna
    Samsung Customer care (Hungary)"

    Will keep you posted...

ps:sorry i wrote title in italian, translation is "Further info on Froyo Upgrade Country Code XEH"

    Froyo 2.2 UPDATE in Lithuania:

this thread is way too outdated to be useful.

    What is your product code?

Since kies.updates.php tells me that for GT-I9000HKDXEH there should be an update available: I9000XWJPH/I9000OXXJP9/I9000XXJPP/I9000XWJPH

Could someone please check and confirm? (I have GT-I9000HKDTMH from T-Mobile, and no update yet).

    Thanks!

    Confirm that.
For Telenor branded it's available from 2010 december 23.
For Hungary unbranded it's available from 2011 january 7.
There's no update for Hungary T-mobile branded (GT-I9000HKDTMH) and Vodafone branded (don't know the product code)

Please update the first post. These are real:
    Hungary: GT-I9000HKDXEH --> PDA: JPH / Phone: JPP / CSC: JP9
Hungary Telenor branded: GT-I9000HKDPAN --> PDA: JPF / Phone: JPP / CSC: JP4

If you have problem (KIES doesn't show the update) first of all please update your KIES version. Just the newest KIES will show the update. That's the problem.

Anyway I don't care. I'm using the JPY since it's available. Because 2.2 Froyo is a piece of ****. :(
