1)Dont Flash the Gapps immediately after flashing the rom.................normally Reboot first..
once the setup is done... then boot into recovery and flash the gapps
2) Google play music included in gapps zip
3)no need to wipe anythng fr flashng gapps.........

- Put the zip on your SD card
- Start the Custom Recovery
- Make a backup of your phone (Backup)
- Wipe data / factory reset
- Wipe Cache partition
- Format system
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Install zip from sd card
- Select Zip
