Low Microphone Volume? (e.g. Shazam)

Hey,
I've recently noticed that the mic volume on my Moto G is really low.
For example, I can't use Shazam to discover a song, unless I go INTO the speaker

, it's impossible to use it in a crowded or noisy room (my old phone worked perfectly).
Whatsapp audio recording: same issue, very low volume.

Is someone else facing this problem?
Please give me a feedback!

Yeap same for me.

On Phonecalls same Situation. No idea what it is.

Same here.

The only way out is SoundHound. It works perfectly.

I think it is something wrong with Shazam, not Moto G.
