[Q] How to change dialer background ?

I want to change the black in the dialer background in 4.4.2 as shown in attached, for the life of me i cannot find the png or xlm that controls this. Can anyone please point me to the correct file...thanks in advance.

should either be a png or a xml line in the dialer apk. Get it, decompile, and have a hunt for it.
