[Q] Arc s wont turn on.

So today i tried to flash from the old GB firmware to ICS but my phone disconnected during the flashing process.Now it's bricked and wont turn on.Even the USB cable isn't recognized and i wasnt able to find a solution anywhere.The bootloader is unlocked.Is there a way i can fix this or am i gonna have to buy a new phone?

Can you access flashmode or fastboot mode?

No,i tried multiple times but the computer doesnt seem to recognize the phone.Even the LED lights are not showing any actvity.
