Hi all
My cousin purchased an Etouch E808 Tablet from Dubai which is not booting up and gets stuck on the boot screen of Etouch. I tried to reinstall the OS by using the method provided on their website but that is not helpful at all in fact the files provided are different than mentioned in the guide. The imgs on the server are also not readable by the phoenix card software.

They use the Phoenix Card method and their technical support is pathetic. The last hope for me is XDA. Please helppppp!!!!
