[Q] ZTE N986D stuck on wizard

i have problem with my ZTE N986D( Indonesian andromax v2/ new andromax v), after i do factory reset and wipe ceche partition i can't go to home screen, it stuck on setup wizard and need wifi conection, i've tried to conect to my router but wizard stop and back to welcome( choose languange for setup wizard) , installing official ROM from ZTE in recovery mode can't be done, flashing by flashtool can't detect ADB devices may USB debug locked by produsen,

Download "Universal ADB Driver" just search it on Google and it'll come up. Install it.

You said "Recovery Mode" so you have a custom recovery? Or is it stock. If its custom just send a ROM to you SD card and flash it.

If its a stock recovery, simply download an official firmware and force update it.

Question - Do you have a custom recovery?

That was stock recovery, i've install adb driver but my pc can't detect for any adb device because i can't enable usb debug,
Then i've also downloaded official firmware from zte but installation was aborted
Quetion - can i install custom recovery for my unrooted device?

Of course you can!!

Sesama pengguna andromax V2 (N986D) nih gan. (pake inggris aja ya "xda rules" pdhl ga pinter jg inggrisnya -_-)
Steps that you must to know :
1. Root device first by using such as Vroot or other universal pc app root for android :good:
2. Then we can enable usb debugging mode !! use this password : "260981"
3. Install custom recovery
Download Carliv Touch V2.2
Download MobileUncle MTK Tools
- Open MobileUncle Tools
- Go to Recovery update
- Select your carliv touch img file

Taraa.. you have root, usb debug on, and custom recovery on your NEW SMARTFREN ANDROMAX V / SMARTFREN ANDROMAX V2

Last!!
Download Stock ROM N986D
Flash it using Carliv Touch Recovery

I can't enter any menu or setting to my android system, it's just setup wizard afterall thats why i can't do anything with such pc software
my device can't be detected as ADB device as long as i can't reach for setting,
my device can be detected as ADB devices when i go to stock recovery mode then select update from adb,but by that condition no pc's software that conect, comand promt just know my device as 123456789abc
question: can i force usb debug via pc's software by my device condition?

Random Restart After press power button short once

It is happened to my Andromax V2 ZTE N986D when i press the power button instead of shut the screen off, its open a new windows with option Shutdown, Restart, Airplane Mode (The menu that sould be on the screen after I press long the power button). then the phone randomly got Restarted.

When i open BBM application the phone also get random restarted. :crying:

I have tried to reset factory and it still happened. :crying:

What should I do :crying:

i've same issue here.
i've tried to update fw using cwm, but it doesn't work here.

btw how i can make scatter for flash using SP flash tool?
i download fw from zte website
