I haven't had Miui on my phones in a grip, I could never get it ported to any of my recent devices, and they never had Miui as a patch rom, I am seriously excited to get this bad boy running on my One, also, I have only had this phone for a few days and I am really loving it. Thanks coming your way op, just for being awesome on having a mi rom up!!!!

Really love this. Came from PAC just to try it out, so this is really a breath of fresh air.

I had Miui on my Amaze. I loved it then and I love it now.

Thanks for the great work

One question though, the ram usage is a bit high, coming in at 1.5gb used
How do I minimize that?

Miui itself has always been sort of a ram hog, you can try to use Greenify to see if you are collecting any system apps to have them hibernate.

As an FYI, the speeds from xiaomi's server will pick up after 10 maybe 20 minutes. Give it time.

Ive selected UK English. But still has a lot of Chinese involved it looks very nice though. Didn't try much. Is it good to use as a stable daily?

9.27 seemed to have great battery life. 10.10 looked a little worse. I'm planning on trying 10.17 soon and will reply back after I get a chance.

I think Google Apps are built in. Don't need to flash.

Is there a way to keep Play store from automatically installing all our apps (I mean on first install of the rom)? Since MIUI puts all our apps on our home screens I want to limit what gets installed. Thanks

Is there a feature in miui like Privacy guard in Cm11??

I'd really like to block Google play services from waking and keeping my device awake, specifically those two permissions but I can't seem access system apps in the default permission manager.
