Group messaging doesnt work?

I have T-Mobile and my group messaging is not working.. No matter if i use the stock app or Google hangouts..

The actual option is missing in Google hangouts under settings,sms, and then right under advanced settings it should show something like Group messaging or something..

I called samsung and they said it was the carrier and then i called tmobile and they said to come into the store to trade it out for a different one.

Can anyone with Tmobile send group messages with their GS5?

Ok. I got it figured out.

It is the SIM Card.

SIM Card provisioning wasnt allowing it for some reason.. I went into the Tmobile store and they swapped out my S5 with a new one, I put in my old sim and it gave me the same issue.. I asked him if we could try the sim card that came with the new phone and he was like, thats not gonna work because all a sim does is allow you on the network.. I begged to differ..

They tried it and it worked after a reboot.
