Guys,

to solve the problems with the Paranoid Settings put this file on your /system/app

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1562224/Android/PAC/ParanoidPreferences.apk

and set the permissions to

rw-r--r-- or 644

Owner and group : root root

The build is running without problems here

Download failing at ->100%. Tried multiple browsers, download managers. Issue not seen elsewhere.. I'm trying to download your nightly.

If you install dorimanx kernel, then yes you can have bln.. Stock kernel doesn't support it.

As I said it's the same as cm and it isn't updated for a while now
You can try dual boot cm with Dorimanx and report if it's working

Siyah mcm should. But I would suggest dorimanx because I don't think siyah supports the new mali drivers.

So just to clarify, which should I install from here http://dorimanx.shine.sk/ ? 8.13 or 9.13? I'm guessing 9.13, since that has CM/AOKP written next to it?

today's nightly will refine the text if you change number of tiles in notification and bring CRT animation control
and incase you missed it yesterday's nightly introduced turning off QS panel for people who preferred the old style cm10 notifications

You can install kroz's hue theme to get breathing notifications. And i think center status bar clock is available in aokp rom control.
