What a wonderful question dude? See the forums, search the forums and read the forum rules before asking such a question. Xda is for the developers and It is full of ROMs N Roms only!

Read his question, he wants to know if the ROMs can be flashed with Odin.

Is there any rom available for galaxy grand duos which is flashable via Odin?

Like Parth2187 correctly said, Odin is mostly used to flash recoveries, modems and firmware files.
All ROMs available in development section are zip packed, so no they can't be flashed through Odin.

For a ROM to be flashable through Odin but you would have to pack the /system folders into img file followed by .tar compressed extension. And finally a md5 sum would have to be generated for it to be valid to flash through Odin. This would take a bit of time for each updated ROM file, so the developers prefer to release recovery flashable zips instead.
