Apps in Chinese

Hi, I have a Huawei Ascend P6, the phone is really fine, but most of its apps are in chinese, so I cannot use most of them, as I do not speak that language.
Is there a way to know what they are for, or, to translate them to English?

Which firmware do you have installed?

Have you bought it with chinese apps/language or did you flash a certain firmware on it ?

It was bought with the chinese language. I at least managed to turn the phone language to English, but most of the apps remained in Chinese.

I just read that this will possibly not help...
But what will definitely help is to upgrade to international firmware. It seems for me that you have a chinese firmware installed and changing the apk would probably not help as the language might be hidden in deep settings option somewhere else.

So I would recommend flashing the international firmware

My internet is not so great but i have uploaded some apks. maybe you want to try it and add the to sys/app

need cellbroadcastreciever.apk from the below content, however link expired any help?

I need below 2 files but below link has expired. Any help on the same? I need it for Honor60 K4.4.2. Actually, I look for an app which consolidates and update the tower name as and when it changes. Any help would be appreciated.
