Most of the Sony Xperia user likes Sony UI. But in stock framework we see Sony UI only in Sony Apps. This is why I make this framework. By flashing this framework you can enjoy Sony UI in Non-Sony Apps.

Take nandroid backup
Install SuperUser Mod(Bypass Signature Checking Mod)

Download Advanced Xperia V Framework v2.0.0 By BDFreak.zip
Place it in your phones sdcard
Reboot into recovery

Weird. I think the zip is not working for you. Can you take a zip which working for you and put my file in that zip then try to flash the zip.

Can you please show me a screenshot of Root Explorer app?

No. I mean it's no matter you are on deodex or odex, it will work.

Its work on my XV with odex 4.3.. The changes is not much u think.. But its very beautiful framework.. The Z1/Z theme fully working after installed this..

Xposed can be a reason but I am not sure.

Use hide button.

Nice work bro. 1 suggestion you should make it a flashable zip themer or meta morph packge so it'll work with all firmware flawlessly. also people dont have to change their framework & loose other moods.

I don't actually get you (flashable zip themer or meta morph packge).
And different firmware have different type of files. All 4.3 firmware can be same but older firmware isn't same as 4.3 or newer firmware won't be same as 4.3. I am talking about the things what I have changed.

If u just change the png & xml zip themer will able to add them in current framework without changing it. so no other modifications will gone or xposed won't conflict. for an example take a look at this http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2309936

Sorry, I can't. I didn't use any aosp rom and I don't know anything about these roms.
