When I was on Jelly Bean 4.1.2, I used to download country restricted apps from Play Store with the help of a Modded Play Store, after I upgraded my device to 4.3, it was resetted so I flashed a modded Play Store again, but it wasn't same as before, Play Store cannot connect to the internet anymore, whenever I open Play Store this appears
and when I click retry, this settings bar appears. I cannot use Play Store anymore.
My device is galaxy s3 i9300, android 4.3, rooted but on stock ROM.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance, and yes I have two google accounts currently signed in.
