Sync Moto X SD Card with USB OTG Drive

Hey guys,
I want an app that will backup the Internal Memory (the /sdcard directory) on my Moto X to my Meenova microSD card reader anyone know app that will do that?

Root Explorer/Browser....copy/paste. Probably ES File explorer as well.
