No it does not work properly, instead of Slow motion it record Fast motion

ReAction Slow Motion Video is not good, I tried "FOCAL" from Google play and that can record videos at 120fps, But resolution is very low. or we can say very bad.

Go to camera and switch to video mode and go to settings and disable simple mode if its enabled

My experience with FOCAL recording videos at 120 fps. With a resolution of 1080p is video is useless (extremely pixelated) like you said, but I got better results by reducing the resolution to 720p. The only problem is that the audio is not synchronized (sounds at the beginning of the video at normal speed).
However this is the only app that works recording videos to a fps greater than 30.
