is that Sacs? i liked it initially but all the stuff in the notification panel (the stuff I couldnt get rid of) was a turn off.

I'm using the same rom. I think. And i don't see an option for that. I don't even have the s5 settings.

You must not be using the same sac23 s5 rom for note 3 version 4....

You will have to search for sac23 s5 note 3 rom I can't post a link to it ...mods won't allow sorry it's on another forum
