Hi, Who someone can help me? Im in Mexico and I Have a Samsung Galaxy SIV Active and it carrier is AT&T, How can I Unlock the imei to use in Telcel? Does it free? Thanks

there are a few websites that do it for $10. in Australia you just ring the telco and ask them to do it, they will do it for a fee but usually free if you've had the phone a certain amount of time or spent a certain amount with them.
