I've had that issue - I just put it down to a buggy kernel. (This was using the securecrt 6.6HWA)
The guys said there may be problems and I just put it down to that!
I've now flashed tytung's HWA kernel to see how that goes...
Ah ok! I tried Securecrt's kernel, Dorimanx 6.6D as well as Rick's test kernel and have noticed the issue in atleast Dorimanx's and Rick's - I updated from Securecrt's kernel shortly after installing so not sure about that one.
Let us know how Tytung's kernel works out - I am going to try it now.
