The beats audio in Ultimate Sense, is it similar to the one in HTC sense interface where you drag the statusbar down to activate/deactivate it?

Or is it simply the mod found in this post?

Hello guys. I really like this ROM but without an exchange e-mail app I can't use it. As you can see I'm not the only one who needs it. Could you implement it on your next release or could you put it to your add on section?

+1 ..requires an exchange capable email. tried using K9 but not able to set up exchange email.
Would be better if you included the one with 'standard' android 2.3.7? the interface is much better..

Unlocking/Rooting

Hey guys, of course I understand installing CWM and a custom ROM will void the warranty, but I'm not sure of the official ICS when it's released?
If I am on a custom rom will I still be able to get the Sony released official version of ICS upon release, or would I need to flash back to stock?

Edit, Can not apply music widget for some reason?

Also seems like there is some background issues with the theme as there is black writing on black background etc..

for those wanting to add the mail app... just copy over an install (allowing non market sources first of course)

I have had no trouble with the rom (havent tried the sense version) - but i don't use the browser (use dolphin) or launcher (although it did seem pretty good)

I couldn't get WiFi fixed anyway, on Doom v3 and tried to install the WiFi fix from the post.

What is wrong with the wifi? From my reading of doom's kernels since v2 (so v2 & v3) have had the wifi 'fix' included... so you shouldnt have to (and probably ought not) have to install any fix... (i did install it on v1 - but i am not sure what it was fixing anyway)

There's no problem with the wifi.
If you installed the Doom v3 before the ROM, reinstall the kernel. It will recover the working drivers. DON'T install the wifi fix!

just installed, feels pretty good.

there always seems to be a shadow of any icons on the task bar after it clears up. For example, Mcafee icon starts up, cleared it, and there's a shadow.
Not sure if above have been reported.

For the ICS theme, probably you can have a look at JJ's ICS rom for the ARC.
