Is anyone else having problems getting BLN to work with this kernel? ?
By matter of fact it is. The application is not, but the kernel is supporting BLN. Check the kernel OP title.

Ok so after a full cycle I can report on battery. For me it is much better this second cycle through, and is comparable to cm7 battery life. As far as speed and smoothness go, I really think it's on par with many of the other cm7 kernels I've run on other devices (glacier/sensation). I havn't had any heat issues, not one sod, nor does it lag at all.
Nice work. I'll keep reporting.

@ Matt
Wow tapatalk is quoting some post from desire or something! Anyhow I'm gonna try it
UPDATE: BLN is fully functional for me.

Not sure. I didn't do anything special. Are you using setcpu or system tuner?

After playing around with different settings I think I figured out the problem. BLN only works on my phone if all other messaging aps (handcent, ChompSMS, etc.) Notification settings are turned off. Weird because this was never a problem with juggernaut running bullet, but oh well.
its not the kernel, its the rom, cm's services.jar needs to be patched to support third part bln notifications.
v0.03.1 Alpha
merged some changes with Da_G's skyrocket source, fixing cpu hot-plugging, now second core will not get stuck at max, and/or min will not be jammed at 384mhz
fixed issue with second core not power collapsing when idle or screen off. (hope this fixes battery)
V0.02 (Alpha)
Fixed vdd tables
up patched to 2.6.35.13
V0.01 (Alpha)
Initial release
Known issues - USB storage mounting is acting funny and the debugging icon fails to appear when i set the device id to samsung. Have to push files to sd for now.
- UV sysfs not working
I agree. I was having some touchscreen issues before too but they seem to be gone now. Another plus.

Battery so far (which may or may not mean anything since I'm not fully calibrated) is better than v0.01 for sure. It hasn't had a chance to settle so I'm guessing it'll be pretty decent. Now as far as smoothness goes, I'm really diggin it.
