As my phone cannot boot properly and the only screen I can get to is the bootloader screen (Power + Volume Down). I'm going to send my phone to get it fixed but I also have some pictures and data that I want to delete. Will factory reset or clear cache or any of the option on bootloader will securely delete all my data?

I did it several times.... so go for it... it'll delete all data including sdcard when using stock recovery and being unrooted !
