Can we push S note apps to system apps then fix permissions?
Or do we need touchwiz for the wacom and s pen?

S pen apps rely on touch wiz. The pen still works on the screen but those apps like s note will not. You need to use third party apps from play store.

Incorrect, they support the stylus, however all the "S" apps they do not support
Frankly all the S apps are garbage in my opinion anyway. Memo, papyrus are far superior.

Go to the cm10.1 thread by madmack in the original development section so you can view the change logs. If you like all the extras from touchwiz, multi window, S pen apps, then this is not for you. If you want a near stock experience, then flash this rom or any other 10.1 supported rom.

You can pull the boot.img from the zip and put it in a flashable zip. I wasnt planning on doing to much to the kernel. Mostly overclocking. But if people want it. Ill have to publish source code PER GPL. Right now its on my github but I edited a few files for the OC. Thats why you see "-dirty" at the end of the kernel. Means it was modifies after sync.

I'm an AOSP guy, Samsung did some cool stuff. But not for me. AOSP all the way.

I installed the ROM yesterday and haven't found any issues other than the fact that it takes a bit too long for the screen to turn off when I hit the power button. Also, it would be amazing if we could have Multiwindow. That would make this the absolute best ROM!

I have written a guide which is basically about flashing custom roms. It answers some of the questions which are being repeatedly asked here.
Though i have written this for N7100, I feel most of it (minus device specific links) is general info and can be helpful for especially newcomers to custom roms.

Go to apns, touch the one you want to edit, it will open it up, then edit away

First things first, madmack - who started it all. Thank him, also the community who donated a device to codeworkx so we could get official CM support. With out these things this rom would not happen.

How to Install

-flash gapps
-reboot
-profit.
Upgrading?
-download update from goo app, or goo.im
-reboot to recovery
