If you took the OTA update...then you need to use safe strap and a touch wiz rom I believe...if you use anything else you'll be in trouble.
Just to make sure it's clear, only VRUCML1 4.3 based TouchWiz roms

Can one of you guys link that rom to me? Or is there a way I can downgrade back to 4.1.2?
You cannot downgrade back to 4.1.2, you will hard brick your phone. Check this post for a list of 4.3 TW ROMs you can flash through safestrap:
