S-Memo port?

I enjoy the Smemo app on the s4. Since the note 3 uses S Note to utilize the pen features. has anyone come across a successful install of S memo on the note 3? I tried installing the APK file from my titanium back up files, but it force closes every time I tried to open it.

I'm sorry ahead if this has been asked before.

Damn. ..hit wrong button. ...anyway do you mean action memo? Cause it comes stock and works fine

Nope. there's S - Note and action memo on the note. but the S4 has S-Memo. I guess samsung made it different to accommodate the notes ability to use the S-pen. but I actually just prefer to type my notes, and would benefit from the features of S-Memo.
