Information:
  • All resolutions (support for W|QVGA versions is discontinued);
  • Aero-like taskbar, bordered menus and other Windows 7 elements;
  • Replaces the waitcursor.

Installation for W|QVGA:
Install AeroStyle_v3_W_QVGA__with_tb_icons_.cab: AeroStyle theme + TaskBar icons and WaitCursor replacement;
Or install AeroStyle_v3_W_QVGA__without_tb_icons_.cab: AeroStyle theme + WaitCursor replacement.

Installation for W|VGA:
1. Install AeroStyle v3.1 W-VGA.cab;
2. Install W-VGA_AeroStyle_StartIcons.cab if you want to replace Start Menu icons to Windows 7-like;
3. Install W-VGA_AeroStyle_TB_Cursor_ENG0409.cab or W-VGA_AeroStyle_TB_Cursor_RU0419.cab if you want to replace WaitCursor and TaskBar icons (for English and Russian ROM lang).

Nice looking theme, indeed! I just love it! One request though: could you make a WQVGA version with flat menu buttons (no borders), like in this screenshot?

Yes, it could be just a shadow, or something, just to see the difference between pressed and not-pressed... but, without those borders... to make an idea, see the down-right menu pressed button:

What I like the most about this theme are the menu windows, their transparency... just like original Aero. Great, great job!:cool:

I think the aero_menuUpArrowDisabled and aero_menuUpArrow should be reversed. I mean when you have the possibility to scroll down the menu, the disabled arrow appears like you have no scroll available, and when you have no scroll to do, the normal arrow appears. I hope you understood what I meant. :D Can you check it? It doesn't bother me at all, I already did the change, but for the perfect functionality of your theme.

Indeed. Well, soon I will correct it. In addition, add a theme in dark colors, almost ready. :)

Hmm, I think everything is correct. aero_menuUpArrowDisabled is more vivid and shows that reach the start/end menu.

I thought that the aero_menuUpArrow (the more coloured one) should let you press it and this way (letting you know) you can scroll down when more menu options are available, and the disabled one (the faded, pale one) should appear when you have reached the end of scrollable list and thus announcing you you have nowhere to go down/up.

Anyway, I might be wrong... that's what I asked you to check...

By the way...what do you mean by the darker theme? :D Eagerly waiting for it... :cool:

Hi CoolProjects, again! :D

I attached a few screenshots so I can ask you something:

- can you make the installing progress bar a little darker, this way it's bearly visible (see first screenshot);
- why the "Ok" message is surrounded by that square? It looks like something's missing in there (like somekind of error)... could it be just the plain "OK" message in that window, without that square? (2nd screenshot);
- why do I get 2 files installed instead of one in the Programs list? (3rd screenshot).
- why is this theme installed in /My Documents/Themes folder? I kinda liked it in /Windows ... This way I don't see that Themes folder all the time I access My Documents. :) All my other themes are located in /Windows.

This is your theme, but I played a bit with the icons in the bottom bar and the taskbar/toolbar color (only for my personal use), but that's all, I didn't touch anything else... in case you wonder...

Hope I'm not boring already, I just want to help making this better. ;)

porb in using theme

hi dear
i liked ur theme.
realy nice work i m using o2 atom life with 6.5 os.....
with manila 2d in rom..

when i instaled ur theme it work quit fine until i restart my phone .


my manila 2d start hangging n very badly so that i hv to reset my phone...
then i again tried then again same
prob..

hope man u solve this prob soon n repy back to me.vd new cab.

1) In next version I fix it.
2) I do not know why the background of OK is not transparent, I tried to understand and to no avail.
3) Also, do not know. Maybe in the TSK I allow the possibility of uninstalling in WinCE CAB Manager. In next version I fix it.
4) Themes are sorted into folders and there is nothing superfluous. The Windows folder is huge and search in it the elements of the theme is very difficult.

This is my first themes, no more.

any way i vl explain u the stituation:(

when i scroll home tab of manil 2d right to left or left to right,The last page on which i was like home or music tab was visible on back side of current tab..
ande thats how current tab get get hangged n i got stuck in it....:eek:

pls sort me out n tell me that u hv uploded 4 cab wat is difference between..all
pls tell me in detail
so i vl others cabs of urs...
hope i get no probs from otehr cabs:confused::confused:

I don't use Manila2d and I can not install it because of compatibility issues.

    Still using it! The more I use it, the more I like it, the less I care about a small white flag. In fact, I rarely give it any thought! One of the things I really like is how clean and fresh it looks no matter what else is running (of course, if I was looking for an all black theme with white text on all pages and menu's, this would not work for that). So far, I have not found any issues or incompatibilities.
