[Q] need help updating to EB13. Currently running on DK28

iam new to android and i previously updated to froyo dk28. now i need help getting the newer update to eb13. can anyone help me pleaseee

Look at some of the threads in Development and you will find what you need very fast.

The gist I'm getting is the update.zip and the Samsung update .exe file both from the Samsung site can update stock Dk28 to EB13, but I'm not certain.
