How do I do this again? I placed it on the of my SD card and went to bootloader and it didn't do anything. Wipe cache and delvik and flash it manually and no go.

Changed the name to PC36IMG.zip. see if this works.

Got it to work.

Hey I'm trying to get my phone back to stock so I can bring it in for a repair/replacement. In what order should I do the these updates?

Will they actually repair it? My screen.messed up.and they told me to use my insurance and get another one

Some Sprint stores have repair center techs in them. And will try to repair your phone in store.

If it wasn't a zip file meant to flash in recovery it won't work it was a zip file made to flash in recovery it should have worked. I'm guessing you should rename it to the pc3600img and fast boot flash, just read where you got it and how to flash you could brick you're phone.

edit: i feel like a fool, i remember this now from when i had this phone when it first came out and was updating radios, you have to let it sit for a long while at the screen... all is well, thank you for any help!
