I found this file 787MB capacity,
while providing file: Xperia_M_C1904 -5_4.3_15.4.A. 0.23.ftf
another : 699 MB capacity

Leave alone that parts, here you are same FTF in one file:
Y.Disk or Mega
I posted it twice above in thread.

Also, this is not last firmware, most recent for Single SIM is 15.4.A.​1.9: Y.Disk
Nevermind C1904 model, no issues.

I have just flashed this but now I have no 3G Data. I can enable it and disable it but it still does not show in the bar icon bar at the top. Please help me! I am on Wind mobile in Canada

I flashed my c1904 to 15.4.0.23
Everything ok but now updatecenter show me 15.4.1.9 update
why?

Obliviously because it's newer version then already installed.
0.23 >> 1.9

I accidentally removed my system apps. HELP!

I accidentally removed many important apps through "System App Remover (Root)". And now when im trying to open it and restore them from recycle bin, it keps crashing. Most of my apps (even settings) are not even opeing. Please, help me, i dont care if my data stays or not but help me revive my phone. Should i flash it? but my phone is not connecting to Odin on my PC.
Device is Xperia M

Of course.
Use Flashtool, only latest version.
To save data uncheck in app "wipe data".
