Use PC Suite for upgrading the phone!
If PC Suite doesn't detect the new update, choose the repair firmware (or something called like this) and it will unroot your phone, then update via ota.
You won't lose any data with this method.

I have a new ota update and i cant complete it as my phone is rooted.i have unrooted it but my phone still says its rooted.
Is there any way to remove root without hooking upto computer and losing everything.
