How to edit MMI code

I have mobile from Korean , and it have one problem in MMI code , when i press ( *101# ) and dial it was closed directly

so i need to know the file whoa responsible for the problem , and i think its java file

my devise is root and i look for help to solve this problem

maybe for your carrier the mmi code *101# is not given, so just try to find a list of mmi codes for your carrier

but all other phone this code work fine in this Korean phone not work

i just need to know what the file name how responsible about MMI code , framework , build , telephony , GSM or other ?
