LG SmartWorld - update ????

When I click on the LG SmartWorld app I get a notfication - Required update version is available. Do you want to update now? No, Yes

If I click NO the app goes away and I am back to home screen.
Does anyone know what this update is????

It contains both of the bundled-app updates and the OS update.

Do you know what the OS update is? Is this a "good" update that hopefully doesn't ruin anything?
My G Pad was fine right out of the box with none of the problems others had like light bleed, yellow stripe, blue stripe.
