Texting order wrong

Anyone getting texting order wrong? Meaning if i respond to a text at 8:00, if that person responds at 8:00 also, their response will show up before mine even if its after I send mine out.

I keep getting texts multiple times (often 2 and once even 3 times), and each MMS comes up with a warning exclamation mark. Anyone else having similar experience?

this is possibly a network thing... i have been experiencing these issues for over 2 years now on any phone i had, iphone, dell streak, htc android and win mo phones...

I just upgraded to the vivid and am too having this issue sometimes.This didn't happen while i was on 3g network with my htc aria.Must me a network issue.

I am getting the same problems, but have never had them before this phone. Maybe it has something to do with stock Sense. This is the longest I have ever been on a stock ROM.

if you're using an unlocked HTC phone this happens quite frequently.
it's a pain in the a$$, but easily fixed.

get the app "sms time fix" from the market and adjust it accordingly.

every HTC deivce i've had on rogers (except my current Vivid/Raider) has been unlocked and i've run in to the same issue. just set the timestamp to adjust to the current time on your phone and you should be golden.
