How to install: WIPE!!!!

0. Root your phone / with cf root kernel/
1. copy downloaded zip's to internal sd
2. Go to recowery wipe cache - dalvik cache
3. In recowery install zip from internal sd....-install the GTI9100_Bezke...
4. Reboot and wait 2-3 minute...
5. After phone 1st started -ONLY AFTER if you would set the contacts to AOSp ----- power off-----go recovery-----install aospcontactsmms.zip---- reboot

If there are any fc's- repeat from 2. step, and make a full wipe before flash rom...

EDIT: Found a workaround. Go to Gallery then use the camera from there. It works

For those having problem with camera not working. Run it from Gallery.
It works for me and I hope that helps.

3G is very unstable. any tips to make it better or it's an issue from LPB?

Made it a little easier for us, thanks. All the same, the current bug list (given this is quite literally VERY alpha) should be in the OP.

The really cool ICS transition animations also aren't present and nobody has managed to get rid of the red box developer setting either.

Too early still me thinks, but appreciate the effort.

You have to use dev tools and change under Development Setting / Strictmode visual indicator to off reboot and it is done!!!

did you keep the tw launcher? with it ics is very slow from what people saying. it would be nice when u keep update the rom when fixes come out or changing some more stuff with the cm9 launcher for example. thanks for your work ill download and try it out when the download link is there.
