Question Battlefield 3 Menu

Anyone know how to create the red/blue static thats in the Battlefield 3 menu when youre respawning? Or at least what the effect is called.

You would need adobe after effects. If u mean as a still picture then its easy on Photoshop.

My bad. Thank you for the help though. Do you know what i would have to do to implement this on a still picture?

You could do a HTML/JS (or HTML 5) rollover effect when the mouse rolls over the image it switches to the staticy-broken one like on battlelog.

Do a search for "HTML javascript image rollover"
