Requirement:
must be on unlocked bootloader
firmware 4.0.2.A.0.42/62
baseband 70/72 will works too but not recomended
use the recomended kernel for the rom to get full performance
please do not use task killer or anything like that
do not add other tweak or script as it will break the rom configuration

Installations:
Main rom - codename ei8ht:
unlock bootloader
download the rom & put it on your sd card
always do a full CWM backup of your current rom
flash Night-Elf kernel v9.6 for Stock rom - recommended

Had a weird thing when I started market it tried to download every app I ever downloaded (from my old phones too) filled my phone with heaps of crap app's.. Had to go through and uninstall them all.
Apart from that it seems really good.
Oh Sony wallpapers don't seem to work either.. Just show up as tiny image over old wallpaper.
I'll keep playing and see how it goes for battery life etc. But nice work :) thanks for sharing!
