oh, so maybe cpu it's not the point, but market hasn't found it (after applying market enabler patch).
i've installed it also on cm9 beta.

Who is gonna hack this and make it work on 2.3? On evo4g no ics available that I know of.

I tried loading the apk but it gives me a failure to parse error...

Works great on my Galaxy S with CM9 b15 . No FC's, no crashes.
