Look at this guys.... It looks just like the ballistic case... I just might buy it!

Yeah i saw one of these in black on ebay today for 13. I compared side by side to pics of ballistic and it looked the same

Not at all. The silicone is softer than you'd find on the actual Ballistic case, but by no means loose. It fits snugly around my entire phone and returns back to its original snug form when pulled on. The coating feels really good in hand. Not too rubbery, not too plasticy.

My cousin got one. Even tho it looks the same it fits losely unlike the ballistics tight secure fit. You can tell after a week or so that case will be really lose on the phone
