After having my flyer for one week, the usb board went bad. After calling tech support they sent me a box and i shipped it out for repair.

Now my flyer is rooted, it also has a custom rom installed. There was no returning it to stock because the flyer was absolutely dead. I was expecting a call from htc notifying me of charges to repair it. No call came.

My flyer arrived today from htc fully repaired. Even including new plastic parts that had some comestic damage to them. ( i bought the flyer used off of ebay)

Its nice to have a company stand by its policy to make the phone personal again by giving the consumer a way to modify it AND still warranty their product
without hesitation.

Yes they are really nice, they transfered my purchases from the locarion services (i bought unlimited premium navigation) from my ex sensation to the flyer! No charge.. really a nice company
