- HOW TO INSTALL ROM IN S-ON:

1 - Make full wipe - (optional)
2 - Extract the boot.img of the rom
3 - Restart bootloader
4 - From the directory where you have the fastboot started the following commands:
5 - Fastboot erase cache
6 - Fastboot flash boot boot.img
7 - Restart in recovery
8 - Install rom
9 - Enjoy

How to Flash this ROM:

- Unlock bootloader with htcdev - http://htcdev.com/bootloader
- Flash Official Clockworkmod Touch Recovery 5.8.4.0
- Make sure to do a Factory Reset/ Wipe data / system/cache before installing ROM

- Cache Pressure - 95 - this is the most important - with this we use more ram  instead of cache

You mean the Rom was based on the Chinese 1.28 leak. Then that would be awesome. Do you find the improvements?

yes is good but the performance is the same and baterry life seems to be good as well , need to test more to see how its works

Flashing rom as we speak, will report any noticeable difference in 1.28

edit: first thing i've noticed is that opening games causes a reboot

Congrats, many Custom ROM's here..

Omg omg cant wait to try this... Hopefully the bad batterylife is now a thing from the past ... Will report back about the rom

Have you tested the Rom. What about the over heating issue.
Any way, I know too many questions, waiting while downloading the Rom.
