How To Flash
Make sure you have Firmware 3.33 Download
Wipe dalvik catch
Format all partitions (except sdcard)
Flash rom
Flash gapps (if you want them)
Reboot phone (first boot will take longer then normal)
After first boot reboot again

Can these changes be undone? These are very essential features (especially emergency calling) and I don't know why anyone would want them to be removed

The Yahoo api fix doesn't seem to be in the latest update. Will you include it in the next?

I believe it would be hard for you to remove the changes unless you build from source

Could you explain why you need emergency call to me please

I just took a look at my setting and it says yahoo weather so it's already merged

Well, the emergency stuff should not be messed with. It's handy features that we mostly don't use, but it's the kind of thing I'd rather have it and not need it, then needing and not having.

Inserting your pin so you can dial 911 or whatever the number is, while running from a criminal, is not practical lol.

The emergency button is on the pin lock just not the pattern lock pattern unlock takes me just as quick as slide to unlock

When removing it I was aware of what I was doing but still did it as to me it's worth it

I belive you will need the system/franework/android policy.Jar to change the lockscreen back but not sure if you will break something by changing it

Emergency call is needed so that you or someone else can use your phone to make emergency calls without unlocking the device. Carrier label is is good for people who travel a lot and switch SIM cards regularly. It's an easy way to check that you have the right SIM in your phone without having to go through the trouble of opening it up. Knowing if you are roaming without having to dig through the settings is another good use. As for the Yahoo API issue, I am running the latest build.

I would say that 99% of people own there own phone (well in Turkey anyway) and would most likely call on there own phone and the 1% would not know how to use your phone but if you still want the button you can use another lock screen or another rom or try the older android policy.jar

Normally when you go to another country you get a text message from the network you connected to also you can see who you have connected to by going to settings/about phone/status/network

Or if you must see it all the time I'm sure there is widgets out there that show you
