Default [Q] Original ROM can be flashed with no root?
Motorola has released an update for my motorazr and carrier, nevertheless my carrier tech support doesn't know about this release, however I have access to the fastboot files (sbf. droid-developers. org/umts_spyder/list. php) is it possible to install them without root since they are the ROMs custom made for my carrier/phone? Or I have to root and flash?

Read this. You can flash with rsd lite
