In the Phonearena video review, I'm pretty sure it showed the SIII browser as not having text reflow and the reviewer thought it was better without it unlike the One X which he criticized because of the way it handled text Reflow. personally I like the text to resize when I'm browsing on the One X.

I'm not sure if there's an option to turn on text reflow on the S3, either way I rather turn it off cause it looks like a mess when you're browsing the web. Look at the one x, it takes a few secs to rewrap the text.

Is it not like -

zoom in to what ever level you want, then double tap the text and it reflows.

I know it often works like that too.

Yup that's how it works on galaxy nexus but not on galaxy s2 so that's why wondering if it works in galaxy s3 or not ..... Any how can any one provide a link to YouTube video where the default browser is reviewed throughly of galaxy s3 ....

I for one can't do without the HTC like text reflow. If The S3 doesn't have it I suspect that will be the last straw after a sequence of disappointments...

Please don't get the S3

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have text reflow like it does on the HTC device
Galaxy Note II (AT&T) | Galaxy Note (Darky Rom v3.1) | iPhone4S (Sprint, iOS 6.1)
Galaxy Nexus (Stock Verizon LTE) gone | Galaxy S II (Sensation 1.8) gone | Captivate (Darky Rom, froyo 2.2) gone

Nexus 10 (Stock) | Galaxy Tab 7.7 (Stock Verizon LTE)
Galaxy Tab 10.1 (rooted) gone | iPad gone | Nook Color (rooted)

I was wondering about this too. IMHO text reflow is absolutely essential for a mobile browser. I don't necessarily need it to behave as aggressively as HTC usually does it but I do want at least some reflow to be possible.

I noticed on a galaxy tab 2 7.0 that I was playing around with at best buy I couldn't get text reflow to work...made me really sad, and also made me realize that even on a 7inch screen I still want this feature for browsing the web.

I saw a video posted on here (by an Alex someone I think?) that showed no text reflow on the GS3, but there was a reading mode that looked really nice. My concern is that this reading mode won't be available for all websites (he was looking at wikipedia on the phone).

Anyway if anyone finds a more definitive answer to this please post!

I'm concerned about this too. I asked the guy who made the videos about this in his thread. I asked if the reader option is available when going to the desktop version of for example gsmarena.com... I'm hoping the reader option is always there, that's the one and only thing I LOVE about Safari on the iPhone. The reader is amazing.

I hope he answers my question...
